Dragon Scales

For the first time in quite a while, I’ve found myself not being particular interested in stitching. The little man is home for summer vacation, and it is just too hot and humid, even with the a/c on all day. But, I pulled myself together and did a bit more on Canvaswork Dragon.

I’m going to have to make a trip over to my LNS to look for some fibres to finish it up. I wanted to use PTB for the horns on his face, but it is way too thin. I’m also no longer sure about what to use for the interior of the wing and for part of the border. I think I need some time to play with some fibres.

Ornament SAL – Don’t forget: this month’s check in day is July 31st. That’s just over two weeks away. I’m nearly done (amazing!), how are you doing?

I’m having a similar time – just so much going on at the moment, I’m too exhausted to stitch, still, it’s lovely to have sunshine so I’m making the most of it. Your dragon looks like one of the more gentle types…

Love the dragon scales! I’m stitching away – so many FUN projects, not enough time 😉

Just finished last night, actually So soon! Who am I and what have I done to me? Don’t let the weather sap your strength.

This dragon is great, love him and I’m sure whatever sparklies you choose will look good.

The ornies are the first thing I stitch each month so mine are both ready to show and tell.
