We’ve done it, ladies! A whole year of ornament stitching! Way to go!
My final ornament for the year is Santa Won’t Miss a Few, designed by Jennifer Aikman-Smith of Dragon Dreams for a class at the fall 2013 Creativ Festival.
It is stitched with DMC thread and Kreinik braid on a wired aida band. To be totally honest, the band was awful to stitch on. The weave was very loose, and I’m not completely happy with the results. But, the design itself is super cute!
And here are all the ornaments I stitched this year:

The list will stay open until January 5th-ish, and I will try to do the draw for the prize some times on either January 6th or 7th.
Don’t forget, I will be running a Smalls SAL in 2014. Check out this page for all the information.
Also, be sure to check out my 100 Days of a New Year giveaway. It ends tomorrow night at midnight EST.
You’ve done a fabulous job on all of your ornaments! Thank you so much for organizing this year’s SAL. I look forward to all the fun of next year! Happy New Year to you and your family.
Thank You for hosting this SAL. I enjoyed it and am going to miss it but I’m MAKING myself stitch at least two ornaments a month. Your ornaments are all great!
You had quite a theme going in 2013! Lovely ornaments all!
Love your Dragon Dreams ornies! I think my favourite is Not a Creature was Stirring.
You are so lucky to have the retreat specials too.
I’ve finished my 12 Dragonlets this year and intend to stitch a DD design each month next year too, starting with the FB Snowball Fight freebie.
Great ornament finishes this year. Thank you again for hosting the SAL, it was fun.
I had the same reaction to the wired aida band. Horrible to stitch on. I put it aside and am working on something else instead.
Congratulations! All ornaments are lovely. Now I’m looking forward to our ‘2014 Smalls SAL’. Have an awesome New year filled with happiness, health and prosperity and, of course, plenty of stitching time! Hugs
What an amazing collection of ornaments! I’m super excited about taking part in the Smalls SAL 🙂
I stitched a Stacy Nash needlebook for my best friend’s birthday present in Jan. I also finished LHN Pa tience Sheep Virtue ornament. I also finished up a PS ornament for my husband for Christmas, Just Nan Gingerbread Jingle Mouse and I participated in iStitch Designs Advent SAL for the whole month of December.
