My goodness, the year sure is moving fast. Can you believe that Easter is just around the corner? Thankfully, I have the little man’s Easter basket goodies well in hand, but I haven’t started decorating yet. But, I have been crocheting!
These eggs are from PlanetJune’s latest free pattern Tiny Eggs. If you give her a small donation, you will get a PDF version of the pattern, which includes bonus instructions for the tiny nest. My nest and eggs are made from various shades of Bernat Satin, which is my current favourite yarn for amigurumi. (Unfortunately, the store I used to buy it from no longer stocks it! Whaaa!)
I’ve also crocheted some larger Easter eggs, this time from PlanetJune’s Easter Eggs pattern. Again, I used Bernat Satin.
The little man was delighted when he saw these, because he had spent the afternoon at school decorating real eggs. And then he decided to make me a Lego egg. I think it is really nice that we were able to connect through our different Easter egg projects.
Super cute nest and pretty eggs! You are all ready for Easter.
What fantastic eggs, they look great in the basket together.
Don’t eat the Lego egg – you’ll crack your teeth LOL
These are so lovely! Beautiful colours and a great design.
That basket is just the cutest!!! If you ever get tired of it… LOL!
