Hello, Stitchy Friends! Welcome to the perpetually late Smalls SAL check-in. I know I promised I wouldn’t be late again, but here we are. I have a confession: I didn’t finish a small this month. I’ve been working on one, but the tone-on-tone stitching on light 32 count fabric has been hard on my eyes. I’ve been looking for excuses to work on just about anything else. And, I have been fairly productive when it comes to paper-crafts and machine embroidery. But not so much when it comes to stitching…
On the bright side, I do like to keep the link list open for about a week or so after it is posted, so I’ve still got time to finish up my small! And the same goes for you–if you’ve been too busy getting ready for Halloween or if life has just gotten in the way, you’ve still got time to get stitching!
So! On to the links! InLinkz has recently updated their system, so I honestly don’t know how things are going to work. (Another reason I’ve been putting this off.) Please use the URL for your Smalls SAL blog post, not the URL for the front page of your blog. Your caption should be your blog name, please. InLinkz should be able to load up the pictures from your post (it may take a moment or two), and from there just select the picture you’d like to use.
Note: Unfortunately, due to the GDPR, you will either need to sign into InLinkz using your Facebook or Google account or create an InLinkz account. I will not see any of that account information. All I will see is your email address and your link. And, as you know, I don’t use your email address for anything at all. If you are not comfortable with this, please just leave a comment with your link in. I may need to approve it manually, but it will post just fine.
If you have any problems, please feel free to send me an email at [email protected] and we will see what we can do.
The link list will stay open to new entries until about midnight Eastern time on Wednesday, November 7th.
The next Smalls SAL check-in will go live (hopefully) on Friday, November 30th. I’ve already got my project picked out, so fingers crossed that it goes well!
One more thing – Social Media
As an FYI, I’ll be closing down both my Twitter and Instagram accounts at some point tomorrow. Drop me a line if you are interested in staying in contact some other way.
