I’ve been quite this week because I’ve been doing a lot of thinking. There are a lot of ideas coming very close to th surface now. I feel like I just need a little push to really make a breakthrough, but I’m not sure what that breakthrough would be.
Here is this week’s Friday Five.
1. What was the last song you heard?
Although I’m sure I’ve heard one since, the last song I remember is the theme to CSI: Miami, Won’t Get Fooled Again by The Who.
I’ve really got to stop watching CSI. Last night I had a nightmare about someone breaking into my apartment, which I am sure was inspired by the latest CSI:Miami episode.
2. What were the last two movies you saw?
I think the last two movies were Matrix Reloaded on New Year’s Eve, and Matrix Revolutions sometime shortly afterwards. I don’t watch movies very often anymore.
3. What were the last three things you purchased?
Cat food, Teflon tape, and the Total Gym 1500 (endorsed by Chuck Noris and Christie Brinkley 😉 ). I’m trying very hard to get into shape. I’m tired of being tired and not liking the way I look.
4. What four things do you need to do this weekend?
I need to go to the grocery store and pick up some vegetables. I also need to write a letter to the National Archives of Canada to request a copy of my great-grandfather’s service record. I should do some writing, and there is some reading I would like to do as well.
5. Who are the last five people you talked to?
This is kind of hard, since I don’t talk to too many people. I guess my list would be quanta, my dad, my mom, the lady at the post office, and the lady at the McDonald’s. How sad is that?
