I have an almost unquenchable thirst for knowledge. My (unrealistic) lifetime goal is to learn everything there is to know about everything. I’m not really making much headway, since the more I learn, the more I realize that I know nothing at all. This has made me think about what I would like to know if I could ask ten questions and get the answers.
- Did Atlantis really exist? And if so, did people escape and spread their knowledge?
- Do goddess and gods actually exist as separate beings, or are they only human creations?
- What happens to us when we die?
- Is there other intelligent life in the universe?
- How did human civilization real begin? (i.e. matricentric societies, etc.)
- Was Queen Elizabeth I really the “Virgin Queen”?
- How were the Great Pyramids built?
- Do supernatural creatures, like vampires and ghosts, actually exist?
- What were the secrets of certain ancient cults and religions?
- Have I made a difference in at least one person’s life?

Needleworker, Knitter, Crocheter, Sewist, Paper Crafter, and more!
I think that not accepting the possibility of intellegent life elsewhere in the universe is awfull y limiting and naive (and a few other words I’m not quite awake enough to think of right now). This is a huge universe and to limit intellegent life to Planet Earth is .. well, shallow-thinking.
(not a jab at you, of course, just one of my general rants!)
Oh, I totally agree. I would just like to know for sure. And then I would like to know everything there is to know about all those other civilizations.
