A girl can never have enough dragons, right? Today at the Ceativ Festival I started working on another one: Jennifer Aikman-Smith’s Perforated Paper Dragon Ornament. It is too cute!
My other class with Jennifer was the Life Fully sampler:
It is a lovely band sampler with a very inspiring verse. I can’t wait to finish it up. (And I’m really sorry, but I forgot to ask if these designs will be released later on Patterns Online later. I’ll try to remember to ask tomorrow.)
And with Laura Dickson I started her design Hidden Treasures, which will go on top of the wee round box.
And here is what I accomplished with my snowflake pin class:
Tomorrow I have the Needlework Designer Round Robin, which cover Huck weaving, goldwork and cross stitch on perforated paper. Then I have Jingle Holiday Pin, again with Jennifer, followed by a class on provisional cast-ons for knitting. In the evening I will be going to the gala dinner and fashion show, and probably won’t be home until late. So, my next post will either be Sunday night or Monday sometime.
I will be at the festival on Sunday (and finally get a chance to really shop!), and my classes that day are Needle Tatted Flowers and perforated paper ornament with Laura Dickson.
Sounds like a great class list. Love the pin, that will look so lovely on a winter coat.
Ah yet again I do so envy thee 🙂
So many lovely things you’re stitching there, and you are so right, can never have enough dragons!
Sounds like wonderful and fun classes….
Sounds like you’re having a great time!
Love the Dragon WIP and the snowflake
The snowflake is so stunning!
The snowflake is cool! I’ve finished my perf paper dragon. Need to get some white glue – the present isn’t staying put as well as I’d like. Also need to take pics. Looking forward to seeing your finishes.
